They need to replace the cashiwr with someone who is able to understand orders and the staff need training on customer service.... I ordered and no Mac n cheese, wrong order even after repeating it to cashier several times. I?m not sure if this is an eastcoast thing, but I certainly have had much better service. Read more

Horrible. Sent me a sandwich with old bread after I asked for fresh food. It makes me think they did it on purpose. Last time... before this one I ordered a roast beef and cheddar, they sent me the sandwich with a dried up slice of cheese and no cheddar.Everytime I try to give them a 2nd chance they screw. They don't pick of their phone either. No accountability. A very nastyArby's. I deserve my money back and a free meal but they so nasty there I probably shouldn't eat there. Read more
Awesome, Fast, Clean, Patient and Kind. The lady cashier who sits in chair and takes your order.
