Horrible service. Went for my sisters birthday, worst experience. The lady kept making faces after every order.

Girls seem to be fast but very unorganized and unprofessional. I was skipped and the person behind me had their order taken... first and by the time I asked for help, the young lady seemed annoyed and I heard her say ?Ugghhh this irritates me? when shewent over to grab a banana for my order which was a banana split. 86° of course we're going for ice cream! Our babies were overjoyed to see this location had the creature creations! The cashier... was instantly irritated. So much so that my son's ice cream was forgotten. So while the location is convenient and the choicesare endlessly, the customer service sucks. Read more

Generally this location is fine. They are fast and courteous. Tonight, there was a young man working who hadn't seen before, he... and the other young man were playing and chatting and not being attentive therefore messing up orders. They also weren't wearingtheir masks correctly. Employees need to be reminded of how to properly where their masks and gloves to include covering theirnoses with the mask. Read more

Horrible experience. Visiting Maryland and took our two kids here for ice cream. The two employees had music blasting so loud... you had to yell your order. The music was full of profanity. Heard the F bomb at least a dozen times. Rushed to order so wecould get our kids out of there. Management really needs to do something about this. Read more

Staff was nice. I purchased a cake. I told her how many people I wanted to feed and she rolled out four choices of cakes. I... thought that was so nice. She made some great selections.
