I had an amazing experience at this Chick-Fil-A. My Drive-thru experience was great but what took it up a notch was the expo... William and another young man who's name I don't remember. We stopped by for lunch on 10/05/22 between 11-12:30pm. These twogentlemen were exemplifying excellence in everything that they did, from the smile on their faces, the kind words "have ablessed day" and the overall service they gave me I had to find time and share my experience. Even their attire was nicelypressed and clean. I really appreciated the service and it made my food taste that much better because it was given to me withsuch positive energy. I?ve never had a bad experience at CFA. One of my all time favorite fast food spots.
The Woodyard Rd, Clinton Chick-fil-A is the best one in the area from my experience. Whether in the drive thru or inside at the... register everyone is always polite and courteous. The service is always fast and the food is hot and fresh. The milkshakesremind me of the ones I had as a kid, the chicken sandwich was the best I've had in quite a while. I've tried different items onthe menu and the ones I have tried so far have been delicious. This location has the right idea when it comes to hiring people,because these young professionals keep things organized and clean. Morning or evening the service is the same. This location isamazing! Well it was the 1st time I did take out through chick fil A. I'm one of the people who prefer sitting in a car and go through... drive-throughthen coming in to the restaurant. What I will say is they are a lot slower than McDonald's if you go inside andwanted to pick up your food And I did My take out through the mobile app. Read more

Terrible service. They don't even greet you politely. Everybody outside acted as if they didnt want to be there. I asked did... they sell fish sandwiches and they didn't even know that! Where you pick your food up, it's nothing but chaos. First rudechick-fil-a I been to. I definitely won't be back! And they gave me expired almonds for the kale salad. The salad is probablyold too! Placed an delivery order around 11 am for a 12-12:15 delivery. Was charged for the food at 10:52am. It's currently 12:27pm,... and my order is still "preparing" status.
