This chipotle has gone down in recent months. I went in early, they open at 10:45 I got there at like 10:58 and my food is SO... BLAND. There's absolutely no flavor on anything, the rice (which is also hard) the meat, or the fajitas. Like who's cooking thefood? This is the second time the food has been this way for me. At the opening of the day this is what you guys are serving? Ifthe manager reads this, talk to your cooks about proper seasoning because I can't even enjoy this bowl. This use to be my favorite location to patronize. However they're getting skimpy on the Double meat request. They half want to... give you black beans but they will fill your bowl with Plenty/ Extra rice. Where's the other sides? Sold out of avocado andsour cream. Who's managing your supplies? Needless to say I need to find me a better location. Read more
Depending on who's working the meat section, they will give you smaller portions and you have to say something to them... even... when you've requested double meat. Some don't understand English or pretend not to so they can ignore you. Read more
Visited this location today around noon today. The employees there had the worst attitude toward the customers. The female that... was putting the rice and meat in the bowl was throwing the meat in with an attitude and when she was asked about her shortchaining on the meat she and the other lady next just started slamming food in the bowls. I would not go back to this location. Read more
Not much diversity in the staff. Some are friendly, some not so welcoming! Would like to see more white & black worker's working... here! Mainly on the line!! 99.0 of the time, I see all Mexican workers. American people are capable of serving mexican food youknow!? Also, can you get a fair size container for the guacamole? I really think it's over priced for the small portion cupsit's currently being served in. $8 for guacamole & chips ????.....???? that's extremely high for that small sample size cup! Notto mention, that's around the price of the meals you serve! Lastly, can guys have someone clean those table's & fountain drinkarea! Read more
Always a line. The food is pretty good. Ordering ahead is cool but definitely different than when you watch them make it.
Came in at 10:50AM no one at the counter but customers, staff was having lunch. Waited 5 minutes and left. Why open the doors if... your not ready to serve customers. Read more
