Saw this place had pretty good reviews so we decided to give it a try during our lunch break. The inside has a great nostalgic... atmosphere that's reminiscent of an old 70s or 80s pizza spot. Seemed pretty promising at first glance. We stood at thecounter for a solid 3 minutes waiting to be acknowledged and when the guy finally came out of the back, answered the phone, andtook an order. The guy (I believe he was the owner) then turned to us and told us he'll be with us in a few minutes as hefinished taking care of the phone order and other business. He got to us after about 5-6 minutes and then the phone rang againwhich he answered, said "hold" and slammed the phone on the counter...not a great first impression so far of this establishmentscustomer service. After he took our order, my colleague and I brushed his demeanor off as probably just having a bad day andshort staffed. I'll reserve my judgement of the quality of the pie. They were pretty quick at getting the pizza out to us(only about 13-15 mins) and it looked pretty good. When we got back to the shop we finally dug in and it was a floppy mess of apie. The flavor was mediocre at best so there wasn't much redemption in the overall quality of the place. Friendly customerservice was non-existent and the pizza was greasy and floppy. I gave this place 2 stars because I've had worse, but I have nodesire in ever returning. Read more
I don't know who y'all got in there cooking but the pizza and chicken sub is the bomb!!! The pizza took me back to the old... 80s/90s Shakey's pizza and bowling alley pizza. The smell and the taste was on point!! Customer engagement could've been alittle better but I got the feeling that they were short on staff so I can image how stressful that could be. Rude customer service and I'd give them negative stars if I could! I called to place an order before 8P (the time they are... scheduled to close based on their website and Google profile). Rich told me that they were closed and I told him, "It shows 8online," and he just kept telling me "They were closed." So, I asked him, "Well, what time?" and he said "7." I told him "That'snot clear," and that they "need to update their hours online." He continued to just say "We're closed," and I told him, "I gotit, you don't have to keep saying that over and over," and he hung up on me. I called back and said that that was rude and hungup. These businesses think they can play with people but they'll learn once it hurts their pockets. Never again. And I hopethey see this review, too! Read more
The food is always awesome. I've had pizza, lasagna, spaghetti, steak and cheese, the gyro, and meatball and cheese sub. All... were excellent!!! My family orders from Eddie's at least 3 times a month. Read more
My last review was 2years ago and I feel the same! Outstanding customer service brought the food to my car! Was looking for... some good pizza. Something different then everyday variety. And I believe I found a Winner! Pizza was delicious and buffalowings were good too!! Friendly and good customer service. Read more
This was my first time here. I would say the food is okay. If your from the area it does no hold a mic to Jiffy's Sub Shop on... Allentown Rd. This would not be my first choice to bring food home to the family. Read more
