Horrible take-out experience. Placed a mobile order, arrived at quoted estimated ready time, waited additional 40+ minutes for... two inaccurate, flavorless, cold sandwiches. Really shocked at the awful experience. Felt bad for the staff who were clearlyshort of help. If the store can't handle a few orders, just close, maybe even permanently at this point, don't bother beingopen at all. Or if it's going to take over an hour to place and pick up a simple order, tell me up front -- so I can go to abetter, more reasonable establishment.
