This place is the worst service ever and I work in the service industry? They close at 10pm? I made a my first call at 9pm.. no... answer.. I thought because they were busy?NO.. I walked in while calling the store their phones weren?t ringing at all.. Hisexcuse was because they were busy.. no customers was in the building and nothing but employees just standing around talking toeach other.. mind you I know how it is when it?s busy and they were not busy when there?s no customers in the building waitingfor food?never mind.. Horrible take-out experience. Placed a mobile order, arrived at quoted estimated ready time, waited additional 40+ minutes for... two inaccurate, flavorless, cold sandwiches. Really shocked at the awful experience. Felt bad for the staff who were clearlyshort of help. If the store can't handle a few orders, just close, maybe even permanently at this point, don't bother beingopen at all. Or if it's going to take over an hour to place and pick up a simple order, tell me up front -- so I can go to abetter, more reasonable establishment. Had I seen all the recent terrible reviews, I would have stayed far away, which is sad,because this used to be a great location. Was once a loyal Firehouse customer -- never again. Read more
