Hands down THEEE absolute worst! If I could give no stars I would. EVERY TIME I?ve ordered curbside pickup from this place, I... show up, wait in my car for 10-15 THEN have to walk in. WHAT is the point of so called curbside then if customers have to justcome in anyway??? I understand that you guys aren?t always going to be on time 2-3 times out of 5 but 5/5 times ALWAYS late doesnot make any sense. I?ve extended so much grace because I?m understanding but my goodness eventually that grace runs out. DOBETTER! I can appreciate the manager James having my order redone cause it was just sitting there instead of being brought outto me therefore no longer hot but excuses don?t make customer experience better but instead accountability and a plan of actionto change your service. I can appreciate him adding a drink in to turn my experience around but honestly they need to do better! Read more
I placed an order early this morning,my son went to pick it up and the order was totally wrong. The eggs were cold the sausage... was burnt and hashbrowns were hard. The manager asked me to send him back up to get The correct order. I sent my son back up toIhop and the waitresses gave him a hard time ,he had to wait 15 minutes for the manager to come and give him the correct order. Read more
Recently visited this location and there was no one there to sit me. Upon sitting I could hear the waitress saying she was going... on break and no one should be sat in her section. I understand this and I would have gladly sat in another section but as Icontinued to wait, I could hear her from the back repeating ?she is going on break and nobody should be sat in her section?though another staff offered to take care of me until she returned. I have visited this location before and enjoyed everyminute. I will never, let me say this again NEVER visit this location again. Read more

Food and waitress were good but they are obviously short staffed. I feel they are doing a good job inspite of that. Two little... girls paid for a man good that was sitting across from us. That was wonderful to see. Read more
The staff need more help and they are very short on waitresses and it need to be done in a professional manner. I do not see any... team work or ethics when trying to please your customers and showing an effort in Greeting the customer. All workers do not havean inviting mentality, also I do not see hair nets on the servers except One. Businesses have to do better when working with thepublic. Read more
Wish I could share the "why" because this location is so unorganized that it hurts. Sat for 15 before being served. While I... witness several others patrons that came after me receive their order. When I asked why I was told I was to take out my order ~from the hostage..SMH what? Why would I be siting here in the dining area if I were to take out.. totally confused AGAIN. . Ithas been a while.
