This store is brand new so it is nice and clean but it doesn?t offer refills and hasn?t had things in stock when I have been... here on a few separate occasions. I will be choosing a different McDonalds in the future that offers refills. I know it mayseem trivial but I enjoy having a full drink when I head out. With a McDonalds on every corner is it easy enough to choose adifferent store to give my money to. Read more
Went in & stood in line without a greeting for at least three minutes before I asked was someone working the line, to no... response. Two mobile orders were also waiting for assistance. Finally a young lady ON BREAK, came to take my order while themobile orders had to shout for some help! This is the worst display of customer at dinner rush. Not to mention I patronize thisparticular location because it?s by where I work. I understand being overwhelmed but there were more than enough people walkingaround to where someone could do better at working the cash register and expediting. Read more
I ordered the buttermilk crispy chicken sandwich. I go to Wendy's I get big pieces of lettuce and a big slice of tomato that... covers the whole chicken sandwich. I go to McDonald's and I get this, three small pieces of tomatoes, two small thin lettuceleaves and mayonnaise the size of a golf ball in the center of the top bun. Because that's what I want to taste, a big thickamount of mayonnaise when I bite into a sandwich. McDonald's need to step up there game on how they make there customer'ssandwiches. What they did here was slopping and very little to no thought was put in it. Don't know how this was acceptable togive to a paying customer but there it is. The taste of the chicken was good at least after I got rid of most of the mayo. Read more
My complain is not about the food but how they keep the temperature in the dine-in area so cold (it was 65 degrees max). Today... we had breakfasts with my mom and were planning to eat and have a good chat but they had the restaurant temperature so cold thatit was so uncomfortable to stay there, we did not even finish eating our food and left. My mom told the manager and he careless,he did not do anything. How can they have cold air blowing out the vents when it is 37 degrees outside. I understand somerestaurants do that so that people don't stay long eating but seriously this was ridiculously uncomfortable. Read more
