I believe that this place is owned by the same people who runs Triple A Chinese restaurant, because the food is just as good.... The man behind the counter was very nice. I tried the Orange beef one day, and chicken with garlic sauce another, both wereexcellent. No room for dine-in, what few tables that are in there are being used for storage and for the condiments. I am (or was) a regular customer. I have been disappointed the last several times I ordered. The last several times I ordered... the beef and chicken chicken with Chinese vegetables, I had an overflow of vegetables with a few pieces of beef and/or chicken.The fried rice had an odd burnt taste. The egg rolls were soggy. The quality of their food has gone down...way down in thelast year. So sad! This used to be "the spot" for good Chinese food in Clinton. Read more
I've read other reviews about the horrible customer service but I've been here quite a few times and I have NOT experienced... that. The baldheaded guy and lady are pretty friendly to me! I used to order online but now just call in my order and pick itup. It's pretty straightforward. I love their fried chicken wings and egg rolls. Other dishes too (e.g., beef with broccoli,mongolian beef, chicken with broccoli, pork lo mein, combo lo mein, mai fun, etc. etc. etc.). Hard to describe but the friedchicken wings have a "Chinese" flavor that I love (you do NOT need any sauce) / reminds me of takeout Chinese in the South. Foodis good, good sizes, no complaints. When I have a craving for takeout Chinese, I go here because good takeout Chinese is prettymuch non-existent in the DMV. Read more
I read the reviews before ordering carry out from this place. Well I'm happy to say the reviews were spot on. Everything was... excellent from the shrimp fried rice to the fish submarine sandwich. Who ever owns and operates this establishment should putout a help me book for any other location. I'm just said that it's not closer because I'd never eat at home again. Read more
There customer service is horrible. I use to be a regular customer but the 1 time I call because they messed up my order they... told me they WILL NOT REPLACE the sub because I didn’t save it and bring it back to them. I was there last delivery and Icalled the store 3 times that night. Obviously they think people have time to waste calling them just to get something for free,I just wanted my husband sandwich made the way I asked for it to be made. Also, we are still in a pandemic with COVID why wouldyou want me to bring a sandwich back. In addition, this so called manager had a nerve to say because we are now out of productand money. Please do not support this carry out. I attempted to return an order that was not correct and they refused to refund my money.... The only thing they were willing to do was add sauce to the food I was returning (that in itself is gross and I'm pretty surenot an approved food service procedure). He was also speaking to me in tone that I did not appreciate and when I asked him tolower his voice, everyone did not need to hear our conversation he got louder. I do not mind spending my money but I refuse tospend a dime with an establishment that does not respect me as a customer. This is the carryout around the corner from theShoppers/by the UPS store. I placed an order for shrimp lomein, got a ride up to the store picked my food up and got back home and find a rubber band in my... food. Called back to inform them and the man basically said he couldn’t refund me my money until I brought him the food back.Sir I’m not paying to come back up there or hold on to it until I can, when you can just refund my card and move on.
