Dear Panera, I do not know what has happened to your great brand, but I can tell you this is the 9th complaint to you within... 2-years with this Clinton store. I order the morning of 10/17/2022 online 2 breakfast sandwiches. The sandwiches ordered were 2Asiago Sausage Breakfast Bagels with Aioli, Sausage, Scrambled Egg, Add Bacon, Tomato, Cheese. No problem easy enough. Got inthe car after ordering online to drive 3.5 miles to get the order. Also ordered a loaf of French Baguette Bread, noproblem. Drove to the store. Picked up the order and returned home to find that there were no Sausage on either of the 2 Asiago?Sausage? Breakfast Bagels. Called the store and something unusual happened/. The phone rang like some 15 times. It then pickedup with a recording that said, ?All store agents are busy now, please call back, and hung up.? So got in the car and drove backto the store and proceeded to dial the store some 45 rings in total and the more I drove, and no one answered, the angrier Ibecame as my first thought is that this tore must be extremely slammed with cars and business. I get to the lot to find only 2cars in the driveway and an otherwise empty parking area with a few cars but nothing serious enough to explain away 45 rings andyet no one answered the phone. Met a sweet young lady at the guest counter and asked for a manager. Ray appeared somewhatdisheveled and clueless in appearance and stated, ?Well breakfast is over so I will have to give you your money back.? I triedto hand him the bag so he could check the sandwiches, but he gave the impression that the bag was diseased or something as heappeared apprehensive to take the poorly made sandwiches that his personnel screwed up. He looks to be a trainee or was justclearly out of depth to handle this basic issue which is to apologize for the inconvenience. This day I went to Panera I decided to try something different. So I ordered the Baja salad. It was not a good experience for me... personally. A little dry and a little grainy. Generally Panera is on my 'Yes list', but today it just didn't do it for me. But Idid get the oatmeal cookie and that was to die for. Delicious. I'm still gonna keep Panera on my top list for eating healthytake out. Still love there butternut and tomatoe soup ????. Read more
I?ve been a patron on Panera for years. This location needs training in customer service. All the staff are pretty... lackadaisical. Manager/leadership nowhere in sight. Messed up my order twice and had to practically beg to get it fixed becauseemployees are obviously dodging the task of helping customers. Read more
Love that we have a local Panera!! My fave spot for healthy meals?Greek or strawberry salad and smoked chicken sandwich are my... pick 2 regulars. The chipotle chicken and turkey sandwich are also delish. Wonderful soups and bakery items too (yummyblueberry scones). Staff is always friendly and welcoming. Read more
Check your order before leaving, make sure you have everything. Many omissions, but they will make it right if you bring it to... their attention. The greek salad is inconsistent.. sparse feta, no olives, skimpy at times too. Overall, the food is amazing. Read more
Panera's new Lobster roll is a whole experience!! Lobster in every bite. A must try!
Bittersweet. Ate, fellowshipped, & worked here for several days over 2-week period. A newer structure, outdoor shaded patio... seating, ample indoor electrical outlets, and ample parking. Drive thru, carryout, Mobile pickup at your car are allavailable. Restaurant cleaning is minimal and subpar. Watched staff day in & day out, organize chairs but not wipe clean tablesor vacuum beneath or corners. Ladies restroom out of soap. Easy to see the signs of cleaning neglect over time. Restock staffneeds to use a checklist & do better. Food prep staff gets 10 stars! Everyone is masked up, food always hot and ready fast.Bagels require two toaster run-throughs though to feel lightly toasted. Read more
Fly served in my Goddess salad. Didn't even open it. Threw out the sandwich and soup I ordered too. Will never go here again.
