I normally don?t post reviews, but this food was unflavored and a waste. I ordered the salmon hibachi noodles & sushi, I waited... until I got home to open it and it was too late. The sushi had way too much rice. The salmon was as a small portion and thenoodles were unflavored. I also had the vegetables that were were oily and tasteless as well. Please don?t waste your money atthis establishment until they make the necessary improvements. Read more
Gentlemen at register evening of August 3rd was pretty rude just because I asked for receipt when he had me give him 50 cents... for yum yum sauce. I won't be back here . And Shrimp tempura rolls weren't very tasty. Read more
One pic is "how it started", the other pic is how it went 20mins later....basically I'm wasting half of my money on what should... have tasted familiar, bc I always order Spicy Salmon Rolls and Tuna Rolls when I go to sushi spots...this just wasn't ittoday. The Dragon Roll was new to me, glad I gave it a try, otherwise I'd still be hungry af [and cravingsushi]... Disappointed. I may try a few more pieces of the spicy salmon, I just think the sauce on top (instead of inside theroll) is throwing me off. Service was okay, I've been to this location in the past. The man on the register was helpful inanswering all my questions prior to ordering. I most likely will stick with the teriyaki chicken etc. from here, if anything. Read more
They are very rude I placed a DoorDash order driver came back with part order. Driver was so sweet to go back for me they are... fussing with the driver saying someone grabbed the other half of my order then showed him but it was saying someone else waspicking up the order. We both like no way. Then they are yelling. The new person tht finally came to get the other part of myorder was nice enough to give it to the original driver. The cooks are yelling asking is this it is this the whole order noteven speaking clearly but have the Audacity to be yelling and being rude. Never again will I go there. Oh the beef was cook soextra chard on top didn?t seem like they normal beef. Will not be returning there. Went today 12/6/21 Appx. 6:27 pm. Customer Service was horrible. I purchased Fried Rice & Shrimp. Paid for Extra Shrimp. The... guy with the glasses manning the grill was more into his phone than he was preparing my food. When I attempted to inform himthat I had paid for extra shrimp, he ignored me. The lady who was on the sauce also ignored what I was saying and asked me if Iwanted sauce. I said no I want the extra shrimp I paid for. The guy that took my order had to come over and tell the guy on thegrill that I get extra. The guy manning the grill came off as very disinterested, in providing me with the customer service Irequested. His phone was more important. His facial expressions, coupled with his lackadaisical response when I communicated mydispleasure with his service was disrespectful. I will no longer patronize this establishment unless or until the CustomerService is corrected. I work too hard for my money to be treated the way I was. Read more
Been here twice. Came back because I couldn't remember how I felt about the food. Ordered shrimp and steak bento box this time.... Things are good except the steak is burned / overcooked and crispy whatever you want to call it. Photos included. Flipped steakover because sauce covers burned parts pretty well. It is greasy as another reviewer said, but I feel like it's because thingsliterally go from grill to plate and they're heavy handed on oiling the grill. That said, you can say something else aboutcleaning practices if you have that in mind.... shellfish allergies makes this a place not to eat because they did not cleanthat grill between the orders they made. But if you can get over all of that, food is good to be fast food hibachi. Read more
Chose the dragon rolls today. Ordered two. One was meh, the other okay. One tasted like old shrimp tempura. Odd that the other... did not. I ate them anyways. I wasn't wasting 18$. The food has been better. I am a repeat customer. Today was just meh tho... Read more
I typically don?t post reviews, but this place was terrible. If I could?ve rated it a zero I would. First off, I placed my order... and 30 seconds later it was ready. The cook added some rice, I assume from a container, veggies that were already cooked, andwarmed some beef and teriyaki sauce that was sitting on the grill. I waited for the sushi for about two minutes. I was able toopen my food once I got back to work. The California Rolls weren?t terrible, but it was way too much rice and the avocado wasn?tfresh. The hibachi beef was horrible!! The beef was hard and dry. The veggies were soggy, oily and old. The rice was the onlything that seemed okay. However, overall the food was FLAVORLESS, OILY, and OLD.
