The staff was very friendly and accurate. The restaurant was clean and not crowded at the time I visited around 4:30p.

This location is under new management and was recently renovated. First I would like to start with how inviting the new look... is. Second the new staff during the week is amazing and those ladies go out of their way to make everyone feel like they arebest customer in the world. The Manager at this location goes out of his way to make sure all customers are happy, cared forand surprisingly solicits comments on what we like and don't like as customers. Kudos to the new management and staff. Irarely give 5 stars but they earned it on this one. Read more

They post free 6 inch subs from 10am-12. Now we get there at 11:20am and they tell us they don?t do that anymore because they... already gave out to many ? that?s called false advertising!!! Read more

I usually will stop in for a sandwich from time to time and always get such good service from the ladies that make the... sandwiches or run the register. Today however the lady that made my sandwich was nice as always. The male at the registerNasty!! So very rude and had the nerve to throw my recipe on the counter. Had a tip in my hand too! If I could have handed mytip to the lady I would have. Whoever you are Mr Nasty, you can stay in the back because you shouldn?t be serving anyone withthat unprofessional attitude. Read more

This location has yet to disappoint me. The young ladies serving are always polite. I make a point to go out of my way and... bypass the Allentown location near my house to go to this location. Finally a Sunway that does not make you feel like they aredoing YOU a favor. Read more

I ordered the first time online for a pick up order. Specifically paid for smart water and ended up getting Dasani. Adding... Dasani to the order adds 50 cents. Adding Smart Water to the order adds 1 dollar. So I asked if I can get two Dasani tocompensate, and they did (which is why I gave 2 stars instead of 1) But still it?s not good business if you?re ordering onlineand you get something back less in value. Especially if others are ordering online and they get something less in value and whencustomers are in a rush, and I hope it?s not a trending thing for other customers! BEWARE! One of the greatest customer service experiences I've encountered. Everything was great. The salad we ordered didn't have any... tops. The young man offered to saran wrap it for us. Didn't have saran wrap. He then wrapped the paper from the subs around itand inserted it into a plastic bag, tied it so it wouldn't spill. Young man and the entire crew was great!!! Read more

The employees were really courteous and attentive. They greeted every person who came in. My sandwich was very fresh, the bar... was well maintained, and I loved that the young lady not only changed her gloves but washed her hands before she handled mysandwich. Read more
