Poorly managed ????. Not the cleanest place either..bug's flying all around! alway out of the kale &apple slaw so your forced to... get an unhealthier choice. Whenever I order online at this location the order is NEVER ready when I get there. I always have to wait an additional 10... minutes. PLUS, the cashier is always occupied with something other then taking orders. It?s a constant issue, not even with justone employee. My experience with this location is always the same even with other employees, they?re ALL disorganized. I don?tthink they were trained properly for costumer service. Read more
Seems to have a variety of health conscious food and drinks. I usually get a wrap and a mango smoothie. There are plenty of... mixins that you can add to your smoothie. I usually get a mango smoothie after working out. Management may need to address thewaiting area versus dine in as they seemed to uncomfortably mingle. (Or maybe the cashier should be moved) They also havebreakfast which I have had delivered before. I recommend the American burrito?bacon egg and mozzarella chz?.really good. Read more
I was surprised at a few things on the tropical smoothie brand itself: They only offer one size except for 3 children options... and that their food it pretty good. TIP: Service at this location can be pretty slow, the person on the register can havemultiple jobs (cleaning, making food or smoothies) so I suggest ordering ahead online; additionally, ordering a smoothie withnuts slows down the process because they have limited (I think only 1 or 2) blenders designated for smoothies that include anynuts. Don?t go here! The customer service is HORRIBLE. The staff don?t greet customers upon walking in the establishment. I waited 15... minutes after placing my order just for the employee to tell me they?re out of watermelon so they won?t be able to make mysmoothie. She wasn?t apologetic at all and didn?t offer me anything for the inconvenience. I asked her for a mango smoothieinstead and she made me a strawberry banana. I?m disgusted and will never come here. Don't usually review businesses, however I had to with this business. This is my neighborhood, smoothie Cafe, so I go here... quite often which I know ask myself, why?!! Customer service overall is lacking, it always seems like nobody there is interestedin providing quality service! This past Saturday, it was taking an hour to get an order!!!! It took almost 30mins to get helpat the register! I am not sure who the owner is, I am praying for you because you are losing a ton of money and business!! Read more
This visit was fantastic in regards to the quality of drinks. The service was spectacular, and honestly, I enjoyed this... smoothie. It wasn?t too sweet; they were perfect. Now I was going to tip, but then I remembered in the past, when I askedwhether they received the tips, I was told no. I?m not sure who owns this establishment, but shame on you for collecting yourhard-working employees' bonuses. When you know better you do better, give your worker their tips. Read more
Wow? I am lost for words at the misconduct of a workers yesterday morning. A white employee called an African American customer... an ignorant n*gga because she wanted to be refunded because she couldn?t wait for her online order (that would take another 15minutes on top of the time she already waited.) The worker was totally out of line and made a huge scene even offering to fightthe customer who by the way had two young children with her. I am amazed at how the customer held her composure.
