No one is really following safety procedures. No one had on hairnets or beard nets. And the people with beards weren't under the... minimum length. People wearing gloves on table were wiping their face and not changing their gloves. They weren't using tongs ornugget scoops to collect food from the cabinet. The back kitchen area was a mess. The runner (also the manager) was not wearinggloves while bagging food and also wasn't wearing a hairnet. Read more

Staff demonstrated how to order a meal from the kiosk. Enjoyed lunch at a nice window seat. However, I was disappointed the... women's restroom didn't have a toilet seat dispenser which is very unusual and not at all sanitary. Read more
Stopped in to catch a quick lunch. I used the kiosk to order and was in and out in a flash. Food was hot but they like to load... your burgers with ketchup...making them sloppy. Read more
Had a hard time navigating the in store kiosk, cashier came to help and we still had to go to the register and had mistakes on... our order. Waste of time with kiosk they should have just taken our order at the register! Read more
I'm usually ready to get McDonald's because of fries and a good burger... Today was not the day very upset with what I recieved... in the drive through and that was half full fries dumped upside down and a cheeseburger that is mutilated. Pick up the qualityguys and gals. Thanks to Justin he is going to make it right next time I go in. I know you guys have hiccups and hope this isjust a one time deal. Read more
