Drive thru is always way too slow. Customer service is usually horrible.
For context, this order was picked up during the evening shift. This was a mobile order, so there was no excuse for this order... to be as wrong as it was. I waited for nearly 15 minutes in the drive through. When I finally got my order, one of my sandwicheswas missing. I had to go in to get it. Still didn't get the specialty sandwich I ordered, but didn't find that out until I gothome. My family was eagerly waiting for their food. Unfortunately, along with my specialty sandwich being a regular sandwich, Iordered 2 double cheeseburgers which turned out to be single hamburgers. I did not receive what I asked for. And to add insultto injury, the fries and onion rings were stale and cold. This is obviously a management problem. With that said, I will not bereturning to this location any time soon. Until management improves, I can't recommend this Burger King for the evening shift. Read more
We ordered no mayo- got mayo. The whopper melt was so messy to eat. And of course the shake machine was not working. Will not be... going back. Read more
06/08/2022 I went to the drive thru at 8:40 , the person on the speaker had the worst attitude . I'm guessing she thought that... her headset was off but she was cussing up a storm at me and my boyfriend and we did absolutely nothing wrong to her. She said?I need my break , I don?t know if the d*mn headset working or if they just talking low , and Im just about to snap on thesepeople.? So we just decided to leave cause I was super upset at her tone when she took our order and the way she cussed up outfor no reason . Also no manager answered the phone to speak with me about her. Wendy is so rude towards the customer. My question is do jobs still offer employees customer service? My onion rings were... overcooked. I had to wait for ten minutes before my order was taken. If my father didn't request Burger King lasted night Iwould have left. Read more
A little slow through the drive though but the food was good hot fries and a well made burger. The lady that took our order has... a voice for radio. My kids even noticed. Read more
Went there today drive thru. Customer service was so good when I got to the window i asked who was that on the speaker. One... employee pointed to another and she also replied " that was me" with a smile. I said your man must be really happy with you. Shesaid why you day that? I said because if you treat your man the way you give customer service he gotta be happy. Wr laughed andshe said " I would like to think that he is happy" anyways this was a great visit i was extremely pleased everyone was smilingand it seemed as if they work well together.
