Our orders have all been consistently good over the past several months. The people in the store are always polite and our... orders placed online for store pickup are done in a very timely manner. I do not use the delivery option, so I can not review onthat. The only small issue we?ve had on several orders is that the crust is not cut when the pizzas are sliced, making it alittle inconvenient when trying to share out slices if you don?t have a pizza cutter or utensils on hand. This dominos is always decent. They always seem to have someone running the kitchen on top of things
I have had consistent problems with this Domino?s, and the last time was no exception. They gave me the wrong pizza, the... toppings weren?t even close. Thankfully I checked it in the parking lot so I was able to take it back. I had to wait 10-15minutes for them to bake me a new one and I was offered no compensation for it. No refund, no cinnamon twists, not even a freedrink. I was not even offered an apology. Terrible service. It?s also happened twice now, where I would show up at around 8 atnight (and the website would say they were open) just to show up to a close sign. The second time that happened I even place anorder there just to show up to a close sign. The Little Caesars here has been more reliable than this place. Read more
Ordered the buffalo chicken pizza. There were big burnt bubbles over have of the pizza. Also ordered buffalo specialty chicken.... It was basically cut up chicken pieces sitting on top of burnt cheese. The chicken had to be pealed from the burnt cheese inorder to eat it. I should have checked my items before leaving the store. That's my bad; lesson learned. But I also know thatworkers are trained to know which pizzas are acceptable for customers and which ones are not. Customer service was average. Read more
I have been here multiple times. It is only by convenience, I assure you. Tonight my wife picked up pizza. This is by far... probably the nastiest pizza I have put in my mouth! Domino's used to be inexpensive. Not any longer. It was expensive andabsolutely disappointing. Read more
Really good customer service. I enjoyed my curbside pickup service. I am kind of disappointed I got burned pizzas! I got the... cheese for my kids and they don?t like to see any burned food ????. Even the pepperoni pizza was a little too burned. I also hadan order of stuffed cheesy bread. I wish there were negative stars I could choose! My boyfriend and I will never order from this domino's again. This is the... second time they've messed up our order. Tonight, he ordered a pizza online more than an hour ago and then called to check onit. They tell him there are 9 orders ahead of him asked if he wanted to come pick it up instead of them delivering it. It's 9pm, who wants to get out if bed to go get food that was supposed to be delivered! We live three minutes from the store! Thenlook at what they gave us??????????? HORRIBLE!! Read more
They canceled our order without asking us because they said it would take 2 hours for delivery and I told him I could wait or... pick it up myself and they didn't give us the pizza the manager of that store is horrible he didn't do anything he said theywould return the money in 7 days that we could place a new order and pick it up MANAGER IS HORRIBLE Read more
