I typically don?t leave reviews, but the only reason I?m reviewing this particular place is because I know it has AMPLE... opportunity to be great as it once was. Yesterday I came here and decided to order inside. This is what I found wrong: 1. Thedoors don?t work properly 2. Customer service was mediocre 3. Restrooms?? my goodness where do I start! Both toilets were fullof feces! Floors were full of trash and dirt. Sink was too filthy to even wash my hands?when I took my face mask off (beforeseeing the feces) it smelled AWFUL 4. Floors inside the restaurant were filthy 5. Flies everywhere 6. Food on the hot bar lookedold 7. No AC -upon viewing all of this I asked for a refund before getting my food. The manager appeared to not care about herestablishment. I was given the refund without concern as to why (most managers have the common decency to at least ask waseverything okay. She did NOT) I want to say something positive about this place, but I don?t believe I can. Please give thisrestaurant a manager who cares and will give it the attention it desperately needs. All I have to say is they got my order correct (which is why the received two stars) but I?m just disappointed because this... chicken is redipped and old. Like it?s been sitting for hours and served which is so sad.I couldn?t even eat it. It?s so badtaste and under temperature. If health inspector was there it would be bad. Had to wait on Chicken for almost 30min even tho the App said it was ready but that wasn't the problem our Food was wrong I... asked for Corn and Coleslaw but recived Mash Potatoes and Coleslaw and a little thing of grave also I didn't have cookie withmy meal and I didn't even have any honey for my biscuits and I didn't even mention to them the order was wrong because I wasScared someone might do something to my food I have seen to many times where employees get Mad at the Customer for not doingtheir Job correctly. My wife got take-out tonight. The chicken was small and burnt. It had no taste to it. When she ordered fries she was told it... would take 35 minutes. The Food and Employees were Absolute Garbage! Upon arrival at 9:20pm we were informed by the person working the window (they... ignored us trying to order at the menu) that they were closed. Another person who I?m guessing was the manager informed the oneat the window that they weren?t actually closed until 10:00pm, but we were told it was too late to order a pot pie. I had justdriven several miles out of the way because the passenger in our vehicle (a 70yo retired US Marine combat veteran) really wanteda chicken pot pie. So, at that point we had to settle for what they already had cooked because they were already in the processof closing and as we were informed they wouldn?t be able to cook any fresh chicken. What we were given was old, greasy, and thesoggiest excuse for fried chicken I?ve ever had the displeasure of being served.
