The people behind the counter were not concerned, she was rude, and ignored me. Last of all, she doesn't even a knowledge my... presence until I got the attention of another employee. Of course she could have cared less about me, "the customer" becausethese youngsters seem too think that they are only present too receive a paycheck. If my Dad ran his business that way, wewould have to shut down the family business. Customers come first, no matter what. On top of all that, the McDonald's didn'teven have any milkshake supplies. So, on top of being disrespected, for quite awhile, I didn't get the vanilla shake I wasreally looking forward to. To make double with french fries and all they gave me were the flies. No burger at all! I was 5 miles down the road before I... discovered it. Temperature was not comfortable. Seemed like AC didn?t work. Everyone inside waited over 30-45 mins for food. Seriously? They... were pushing out drive thru orders and kept the dine in customers waiting. Seems like a major lack of training. They should justshut down if they can?t get it right. After 45 mins. Unlike the other night when I waited thirty minutes for a freaking medium fry my food was received in a relatively short time. I... always get my apple pies fresh out the oven but I got my other food quickly. Once again however they didn't have ice cream. Read more

When you go to a McDonald?s you don?t really expect a whole lot when it comes to fine dining but you do expect them to all taste... the same. THIS McDonald?s was probably one of the worst ones I?ve ever been to. The chicken nuggets tasted ?off? the frieslooked AND tasted like they had been sitting out all day-soggy and old- the only thing that tasted good was the drinks. I don?twrite bad reviews hardly ever but I?m hoping the store owner or higher up will see these reviews for this location and get somehelp. I?m sure food safety, sanitation and customer service can be practiced a bit better here. Read more

I have mixed reviews most of the staff is very nice. Then there are some especially at the drive through that are rude as heck. ... I have had my food thrown in my car twice at this location. Not a thank you have a good day nothing. This is the Pearson roadlocation. I would not recommend going to this one Read more
