Absolutely the worst customer service period. I took my 9 month daughter for a daddy/daughter dinner date and was very... dissatisfied with the staff. My food came out about 15 minutes before hers and it was pretty much slung at me. The same withhers. The server was in such a hurry, but I don?t understand why. The food took ?forever? to make it to our table. Therestaurant is empty. It has two tables with customers, and that?s including us. If we weren?t eating the food I would request arefund. Nice grab n go section, I picked up around 10:30 am. Chicken salad sandwich on croissant with pasta and a slice of caramel cake.... My lunch was good and enjoyable. Read more
I placed an online order, went in on the grab and go side told the cashier my name and she said it wasn't ready yet. I stood... there 20-25 and I'm 7 & 1/2 months pregnant only to have another cashier come out and tell me my order had been sitting on theside racks all that time getting cold. They did not offer to remake, give me a free drink, or try to accommodate me in any way.Then when I got home, the double club that I ordered for my husband was only a regular club. So, on top of the terrible customerservice I paid for something that I did not get. Very disappointed. Newk's used to be so much better than they are now. Read more
Staff seems young and immature. They finished their conversation before taking my order. The big salads here only come with one... cup of dressing, not like that at other locations. Staff walks around the food preparation area eating. Read more
I come to this Newks often. Never an issue. I?m hooked on the bbq chicken pizza. For a sandwich place I didn?t expect the pizza... to be that good but it?s fabulous. Even when they?re busy somehow is still doesn?t take long for my order. Read more
We arrived at 8pm an hour before close and you always worry about the quality of food and the mood of the staff. Not here! The... food was so dang tasty and fresh that we all can't say enough good about it. Thank you for making sure every customer has agreat meal no matter what time they show up! Read more
Wow....$14 for some brownish wilty romaine lettuce. You would think they would check there lettuce before serving it. This is... just ridiculous that the quality of this restaurant just continues to disappoint. I keep trying to come back, but somethingseither always missing from the order or its just poor quality inspection of food served here and the lack of care they do notgive for there overpriced food. So disappointed yet again with this establishment and not checking food or reading ticketscorrectly to get peoples orders right. This is stuff a child could do correctly. Read more
