So I made a mobile order at the Popeye's on spring ridge for $40 bunch of food for all my family once I get here they tell me... that they gave my order to someone else and there's nothing they can do and proceeded to shut the window In my face! Mind you Imade this order while sitting in line so I've been sitting in line the whole time it's only been 15 minutes and they've alreadyfixed my entire order and gave it away to somebody. I have called the police because there's no way I'm going to be robbed for$40 something has got to be done about this and Popeyes is not taking any responsibility at all I'll keep you updated!! Idefinitely don't recommend using any mobile app anywhere for these places at this time because they're not taking responsibilityfor when their employees give the wrong person the wrong order Read more

The last time I was here it was great. I discovered their awesome chicken sandwich. In the past, they've had issues with order... accuracy... Not sure if it was their fault. I couldn't understand their southern dialect, they couldn't understand my Yankeedialect, and we would get random food, lol. Read more

My experience this morning was offal. The manager real nasty about what time it opens. The website says 10am and on the door... says 10am. But she told me 10:30 and that's what it is. Been here regularly. Food is good and they typically have okay service. However this time I received a glare, snide remark, and... eye-roll when our food came out and we didn?t realize it. Upon all of our orders being wrong and no receipt given, I had to payfor a replacement sandwich because a bite was taken out of the wrongly-given one. We couldn?t even do what this sign on thedoor said and the rude lady (after yelling at her coworker) literally followed us out to lock the door at 8:53. Might be worththe extra drive to go to a different restaurant next time. Read more

Arrive at this location with my family and as soon as we walked in to get ready to order and the manager on duty was telling us... that the lobby was closed and it was drive thru only. This was about 5:30pm in the evening when this happened, so as you cantell I was not pleased nor was my family, I did not even try to go through drive thru line to place an order since they couldn'taccommodate customers that wanted to sit inside to eat. Come on Popeyes this is the quickest way you loose money and profits. Read more

Drive thru sign not working, speaker system was so low people couldn?t hear. Orders were screwed up. Had to pull over to wait... after paying for food. And was told they would bring order out. After 10 minutes waiting ,I went in and they didn?t have myorder ready and then they told me it would be 10 more minutes for my dark meat chicken. Totally disorganized and lack ofmanagement. It's hard to beat Popeye's chicken, I love it! The downfall of this specific establishment location is the staff. They fail to... greet patrons. Week after week without fail, they are sing the same song, "we are out of spicy white pieces of chicken". Weneed a variety of chicken available at peek and non peek times. Lastly, I frequent this location often and the restrooms arerarely clean. Read more

Today is August 4 and we were order number 1. I can excuse waiting in the drive through a minute or 2 if there is a line. ... Whoever was manning the drive through was curt, rude, and did not listen to a thing we said. We had order chicken tender combowith cajun fries and 2 spicy chicken sandwich with NO PICKLE and red beans and rice. While the chicken box was correct, we gotcajun fries instead of red beans and rice, there was pickles on the sandwiches, no sauce that we asked for, and we did not getour drinks. I've worked customer service for 10 years and retail for 3. This is absolutely abysmal and inexcusable behaviorfor anyone let alone the entire restaurant. My husband loves Popeyes, you can bet we will not be coming back to this one ever. Read more
