Came in Wednesday night after 9pm. I had a really small order, 2 double cheeseburgers a large fry and a slush. It took forever... to get my order. Sometimes it's right. Sometimes it's wrong. Princess does not like her job. So, hopefully she's not the one giving you the wrong... order. Update: changing my review from 3 stars to 1 star. After seeing the reply on my last review, i thought, well at leastthey're trying to fix things. We decided to stop by on the way to school. Got there at 7:30. Our order finally got taken at7:46. We got our food at 8:06...4 minutes before the bell rings for school. I probably should have known better than to stop bywhen we had some place to be. Our milk shake was melted when we got it. The tots were cold. Our burritos were luke warm. One ofthe burritos had half a tomato in it, the other didnt have any tomatos but had several bits of lettuce in it. Lettuce is not aningredient in the breakfast burrito we ordered????. However, no one gave us an attitude for simply giving them business so Iguess thats good... I think its a shame that this sonic is one of the only choices we have on this side of town. Read more
Zero stars? Placed a Mobile order 1 hour and 10 min prior to the Sonic Website stated closing time. Arrived 8 min later. Checked... into stall. My card was charged. After a few minutes, an employee came out and said they were closed and I should get a refundin 3 to 5 business days!. No I'm sorry or anything ! There were multiple employees inside. At least 6 cars sent away while Iwaited. Read more
Because I can't give no stars. Clinton is really turning into Jackson. Customer service is Rude, slow. Definitely a sign of the... times because these kids could care less about having or keeping a job. SMH Read more
