Delicious food! We ordered the sampler and BBQ Cobb. Everything was absolutely delicious and Nataisha was a wonderful server!
First time trying Sonny's BBQ as we recently moved from Louisiana. We were seated at table 33 and we were not served right away.... We were waiting for 5 mins or so. Finally a waitress noticed we have not be serviced. She took it upon herself (even though itwasn't her assigned table) to take our orders. She was exceptional throughout our stay providing outstanding service. She wasthe only waitress I've seen working running around the restaurant taking orders and checking up on her table. Love the indoor/outdoor option for seating and the overall setup of the restaurant. Our server was very patient and polite.... There was a bit of a wait for the food but it was fresh. Overall the food was ok and the prices were good for the quantity ofthe food. They do have a happy hour at the bar so if you like a little beer or cocktail with your BBQ I'd suggest it. Read more
After trying Sonny?s in Brandon and finding items I like I?m glad the put new in Clinton closer to my area. The Clinton Sonny?s... crew is a little different but not in a bag way lol everyone was still polite. Come here often for the Smoked turkey sandwich.It?s consistently good and never an issue. I recommend adding coleslaw to it. Sonny?s coleslaw is impressively good. Willcontinue to visit this location. Read more
This food here is good, not great, but good. The barbecue ribs were very tender and there were several different bbq sauce ... options in the table. We tried a few different things. I had the grill cheese with pork and it was ok. The bbq egg rolls werereally good. I had them when I ordered thru the drive thru and didn?t like them but they were really good when I dined in. This is a newer Sonny's. This is a chain restaurant that started in Gainesville, Florida. Good smoked meats and sauces. The... water here had a funny taste, so order their sweet tea. Read more
This is the local Clinton, Mississippi Sonny's Bar b que. The building is newly built and comfortable. The atmosphere is nice.... The food is great as is the customer service. They have really come into their own on timing. It does not take long at all getseated and get your food. The prices are still acceptable though like many places in my opinion they have gone up on prices anddown a little on portion size. All in all still a nice place to eat. Read more
