Had a mobile order that took 20 mins past the time it was suppose to be ready. Then instead of telling me why it?s a hold up or... even asking me what my order was they just kept giving me a side eye. I was so confused! I gave the benefit of the doubt becausethe store had just opened but then I watched a family come in and place a order and get there things while I?m waiting on amobile order I placed half an hour ago. yesterday. I walked in (typically do drive thru) and the lady behind the counter (she was a younger light skinned woman with... natural hair) knew my name and order from the get go.
