Would not order from here again. It took about an hour and 15 minutes to get delivery, but it was Friday night so maybe they... were busy. Order was completely wrong and the delivery driver had already left. We tried to call the store multiple times andno one answered the phone. So we drove to the store to try and get our order and it was crazy. No one knew which orders hadgone out and which hadn't. One employee found our receipt and said our order had never even been made. End result - 2.5 hoursafter we had placed our "delivery" order we picked it up ourselves from the store. On remaking the order they were out of hotsauce for the wings. What kind of a wing place runs out of hot sauce? No offer to reimburse our delivery fee even though we hadto pick it up ourselves. Employees in the back were all laughing, they don't get paid enough to care so I won't be orderingfrom here again. This place has serious management issues, but I'm sure the bot that replies to these Google reviews willimprove this in the future. Read more

Ordered dinner online a few nights ago and it took 30 minutes longer than what the website said it would take. Went into the... store tonight to dine in and the lady at the front stated that they were only taking online orders. With a full kitchen staff,and a fully functional dining room, I would have thought I could sit down after ordering. I simply left and won?t be back. Btwthis isn?t the first time this has happened. Terrible and Nasty environment! I wish I could upload the pics I took. The floor is nasty and the restraunt itself is just... terrible. The dread head guy was touching raw chicken and didn't wash his hands and moved on to plating people's food. I meanI'm just disgusted! I will never come back to this location! EVERYTIME I go, the wait is 45min plus; no exaggeration. Employees have bad customer service and attitudes when i should be the... one with an attitude. I DoorDash?d there once and the manager let me wait an hour just to tell me they don?t see the order. Thenit magically popped up 10min later. Past the management and employees, the owner needs to be put out of business because he/shedoesn?t care as long as money is being made. But with that being said, the cups didn?t have tops, no ice in the drink machine,and half the drinks were unavailable along with sweet tea which can be made. Read more
