It took a long time to get our food, the place was dirty, and there was a live ant in one of our sandwiches. *UPDATE* After... leaving this review, Arby's reached out. They're investigating the issue and seemed very interested in making sure it didn'thappen again. I'm bumping it to 3-stars because I'm very impressed with their customer service. Read more
Humm a sign of the times? CASH only when we were here, the "new prime rib cheesesteak left alot more to be desired, soggy and... "steak" had hardly any flavor. Iced tea was weak. Read more

The food was great and made fresh (they dropped fresh fries when we came in), the employees were friendly and helpful, the... restaurant was mostly clean. The women's restroom was out of paper towels and the drink area was a little messy. Other thanthat, it was a good Arby's experience. Read more
