Driving 400 plus miles today, stopped for a snack, too young ladies were making such a scene in the lobby, I know one of them... was an employee for sure but off duty, two employees were playing along with the two off duty employees. Very inappropriate,probably about four people waiting for their food but nobody appeared to be doing anything about it. One customer mail evenasked if he could help in the back so as to get his food more quickly. Read more
This McDonald's is always very busy, so if you can handle the 15 minute wait to place your order, then another 5 to actually get... to the drive thru window, your food will be freshly cooked and hot. Read more
It is a very busy McDonald?s but they have two lanes of drive through. Great job of keeping the line moving along!
We showed up at lunch time and man was this placed packed. There were tons of cars in the drive thru, and the lobby was full as... well. However, the tables were empty. We decided to eat inside, and we got our food in a timely manner, and it was hot. Read more
Very disappointed. Heading from Florida to Oregon. Stopped in here on 08/07/22 @ 4:33 pm. We ordered through drive through the... order taker was kind and pleasant the girl handing out food was pleasant. The one in the kitchen, well, they had the tag rightfor my double fillet of fish and they read the custom order but they forgot to put the second piece of fish (it's a doublefillet) on the sandwich. I would have gone back but when on a long road trip and I eat my fries before they get cold to findout I only recieved half of the sandwich I ordered.... I keep going because by that time I was already 30 minutes down thehighway. Maybe next time the kitchen can get my order correct. Read more
I waited calmly and quietly for my meal for 30 minutes. It was busy, a holiday weekend, and everyone is short staffed right now.... We watched several people that had waited shorter times than us get their food when bringing their wait time to management. So Iwent and also asked management why we were still waiting and why our number disappeared from the order screen. They refused totake our receipt to make our order like they had for multiple other people that had ordered after us. We again asked why it wastaking so long and they only took our receipt. Then came with our cash in hand and told us to leave. I usually will give peoplethe benefit of the doubt, and I really do understand that everyone is short staffed everywhere, but the blatant racism we sawtoday inside this McDonalds was a clear reflection of how people of Color are treated in Missouri. Every white person was servedbefore my husband and I with a smile. Every interaction I watched with Black customers was short and rude. Read more
I waited for 30 minutes in the drive through. The line was not moving. Finally, they started taking orders but kept taking the... outside lane and not the inside lane orders. This caused the outside cars to prevent the inside cars from being able to moveforward! No reason to have to wait this long and then have cold French fries and watered down drinks. Read more
