Stopped because of the onion ring picture that was posted. We split a pork tenderloin and half order of onion rings and still... had leftovers. The onion rings are home made and were very tasty. You don?t find onion rings made this way anymore. Light andflaky battered and fried perfectly. The pork tenderloin is also homemade. The pork is very tender. The crust is crispy. We likepork tenderloin with lots of onions, pickles and mustard and they loaded ours up with these toppings. It came out piping hot andhuge! The ambiance isn?t the best, but the homemade food was well worth the stop! We definitely return. I must also mention theservice as I wasn?t sure what to expect because there?s a sign on the door that says they close at three due to lack of help. Iwas pleasantly surprised. We were promptly seated and our drinks were brought quickly. Our waitress was very pleasant andattentive. I wish I would have gotten her name as she was a joy. Read more
Great homemade food and fast service! You won't go wrong visiting this little mom and pop restaurant. It's a great little hole... in the wall that you should visit if you're ever passing by. Amazing and delicious comfort food cooked to perfection! Hashomemade pie too you can buy! I'm so glad I stopped by this place and will do so again if I'm ever driving through here! Read more
Pork tenderloin is always a good choice at Smith's. It's hand tenderized,, breaded, and fried. Not to mention enormous.
