There is a manager there named Sally Fields- in which she told me her name was- after I asked her, because I feel that she... should be recognized for her positive attitude and her willingness to go above and beyond. She helped me with the app, and alsowith things on the menu I had questions about. And even though it was very busy she waited and helped me in the most cheeringand delightful spirit. I now always go to sonic. Even though im from out of town still her smile and patience and work ethicstill ring in my head. I will be back to visit soon. Normally I love Sonic and think their service is great . I don't know what was going on this time but it took 15 minutes to get... 1 Route 44 Limeade. I was backing out to leave when they finally showed up. It took a good 5 minutes just to put my order in!!If your customers aren't happy then you won't have jobs!!! Read more

UPDATE: Since posting this I haven?t run into this problem at this Sonic! Greatly appreciate the change!! Felt appropriate to... update my rating! I jump around a bunch of offices for work. I like to stop at Sonics to get breakfast and the morning specialof a 99¢ large drink. Clinton Sonic always disappoints me with how much ice they put in my cup. Regardless of if I say easyice, 9 times out of 10 the cup is 7/8 full of ice meaning I really don?t get much of a drink. Clinton Sonic is the only one Ihave this issue with. Read more
