Walked in and wasn't greeted. Stood there for 5 min without being asked to place an order. As soon as a white person walked in... they were greeted. As soon as we walked out, their order was taken. This facility is racist and discriminates against people ofcolor. Definitely will never support this franchise again! Read more
Flavor is great but I?ve ordered online here a few times now and it?s very inconsistent. There seems to be no consistency on how... much of each item is put in the burrito bowl. Sometimes there?s a lot of one thing and others there?s almost none of the sameitem. And the portion has been variable too. I?ve gotten half the amount of food as I got the time before but then sometimes thewhole box is full. Very attentive and polite staff. Clayton was respectful, attentive to my order, friendly, and knew the menu in-depth. Christina... made sure I had everything needed, and was also very polite. Sorry for poor review. I ordered a taco salad and it was terrible. Grilled chicken was cold, the entire salad had no flavor at... all and the shell was like a giant potato chip. I ate some, threw out the rest of this over priced item. To make matters worse,it made me sick. I'm so upset! Read more
I am soooo excited about this place! The food was really yummy! And it tastes fresh! The salsa was to die for as was the pico de... gallo! And the rice and beans were delicious also! I know that?s kinda an easy dish- but they were unusually tasty- my daughtergot her meal and took off- kids ???? - but she loved her meal as well! A bit expensive imo but what isn?t now a days! Fantastic!!! We visited today, opening day, after waiting months for this location to open and we were not disappointed. This... was our first visit to a Bubbakoo?s Burritos and it has a similar feel to a Chipotle with a beach twist. The serving setup issimilar and we chose the chicken burrito and fried Oreos with powdered sugar. We also ordered the chips with a side ofguacamole. The staff was very pleasant and did a great job, considering it was opening day. As for the food, it?s what makesthis place fantastic. The chicken in the burrito was not overly spiced and the beans were more authentic in flavor and texturethan a Chipotle. This burrito tasted more homemade. Next time I will request more sour cream. The only way to describe thefried Oreos is ?Jersey Boardwalk?! One bite of this desert brought me back to the Jersey shore as it was cooked perfectly. Thenachos are lightly salted, tasted fresh and worked well with the home sauce is very good too! This place is a new gem in thearea and I will be downloading the app and visit soon! Read more
