I can say hands down that this is one of the worst places to go in Clinton for coffee or food. Staff is horrible but the biggest... issue is MANAGEMENT. They do not take time to train employes. They dont care about you and will litterally tell there staff to"Go Kill themselves" Yes Jim the store manager here has told hims employes to kill themselves not once but several times. 25 mins in drive thru, layout is terrible, there were cars on the street and vehicles that could not exit the line. My order was... wrong so I drove around and entered the store. I was the only person in the store and there were 3 worker (looked like onetraining) and I waited 5 minutes after addressing that I had already waited in line. If I could rate this place a 0 I would. Every time I think I?ll give this place another chance they either are rude or mess up... my coffee, again. They make the coffee how THEY want to make it and not how you ask. Then when you point out that it?s not madehow you asked and ask them to add more sugar or crème they have an attitude. It?s always my coffee has no sugar, or no crème.Go else where for your coffee, stopping here isn?t worth it. If I had one, I wouldn?t direct my worst enemy to go here even. Read more
This Dunkin is always good! Good service! Good Coffee! Not like some where it get burnt coffee
Very rude staff at the drive through window, wasn't even done ordering and says okay your total is so and so drive on up and we... go we weren't done ordering, kid at the window goes you and finish at the window. So i left my order there and they can dealwith it. Absolutely should not have to finish my order at the window when theu weren't busy. Won't return again. Read more

I always enjoy my visit to Dunkins,the staff are always friendly and handles my order quickly. I like the fact that my coffee is... hot and the donuts are done to perfection. Which is something other places do not do consistently. It is always nice that theyremember you as a regular customer. Read more
