Fayetteville location near the hospital is better so that's where I'll go.
My daughter can not have gluten so we are extremely limited on the places where she can safely eat. Thankfully Jersey Mikes has... gluten free bread so she can continue to eat the subs she has always loved so much. I normally order on the app and just addthat it is a gluten allergy and thankfully we haven't had any issues yet (knock on wood). This week the app was down so I wentin to order her sub and told Kaylee it was a gluten allergy. The level of commitment and seriousness she took about my daughtersallergy almost brought tears to my eyes! She immediately changed her gloves and went to the back and got the supplies to cleanthe meat slicer and counter. After she was done cleaning everything thoroughly she went to the back and got a new knife to slicethe bread and changed her gloves again. She made sure the bread stayed on the paper and never touched the counter even thoughshe had cleaned it very nicely. Kaylee is a genuine treasure! This was my first time eating at this place, when I first opened up my sub and took out 1 half of it. I found hair in the food,... then i looked at the other half of the sub and there was hair on the other half of the sub as well. I looked over at yhe cooksand only 1 of them was wearing a hat and had her hair tied up. The other 2 did not have hats on, or had their hair tied up, orhair nets. Pretty unhygienic. ???? Read more
I have ordered online for pickup a few times... mostly the food is perfect, although one time I asked for no mayo and they got... that wrong. Every other time the food has been exactly as ordered. Read more
I have placed several catered orders here since they have opened and have never had a complaint until today. The order wasn?t... ready at the requested time and then when we got back to our event for 125 people we only had enough mayo and mustard forapproximately 30 subs. This was a major disappointment. BEST SUBS. Try their steak and cheese subs and let them know what you want on it. Delicious. Top it off with a cup of coffee.... Pick your choice of coffee that you want. Relax and enjoy. Read more

My favorite Jersey Mike's. They don't chest and skimp on their meats. Great service ALWAYS!
