The foods great as long as you expect to get something you didn't order. How a 10 piece nugget meal and a double quarter pounder... turns into two basic cheeseburgers and a regular quarter pound burger blows my mind. Wasn't even busy. Read more

Great food. Very cold inside, low staff. Ice coffee was amazing! Very rude manager. If you don't like your job, just quit, but... please be respectful to your customers. One bad day on another causes a domino effect, it's just not right. Read more

Customer service here is nonexistent. I pull up to the order board and give my order and the male voice says pull to the first... window. Nobody in front of me so I pull up to the first window and wait about 4 minutes before just an arm comes out the windowwhere you pick up your order motioning to pull up. When I get up there the lady opens the window and looks at me like why wereyou back there. I tell her I was told to pull to the first windiw and she grabs my card and shuts the window. I can see tgegentleman with the headset that took my order sitting on the front counter talking to someone standing there. The lady brings meback my card without a receipt and hands me my food and I say thank you. She looked at me and closed the window. At least thefood was right and somebody there cares about doing their job. Read more
