Know short staffed or at least hope so with way it was. Waitress seated us and got our drink order. Got our drinks and took... order. It was 45 minutes before got food. Couple next to us had only gotten part of their food and we all waited for drinks. We were thinking of leaving to get something else before other places closed when we got out order after I asked if we could geteta of food. Food was good but not great. Have had same meal before and salmon was overcooked. Steak was supposed to be mediumbut more like medium well. Tasted good but didn't want to complain because knew would take a while and we were hungry. Think infuture training make sure staff knows to keep customers aware of what's going on and get refills while they wait. My cup wasempty way before got our food. Had to ask for straw and refill. 100% TRASH! Just went there after a long day, was seated and no one ever came to our table to take a drink order, to ask if were... ok or anything after about 20 minutes of waiting. Upon walking, out the waitress that was waiting on the table near us juststared as we left. I do not recommend. The customer service is non existent. Read more

First I want to say how wonderful out server was. She wasn't wearing a name tag but she said she had only been working there a... week. She was sweet and attentive. However, the restaurant smells bad, the seats in our booth were torn, the table felt greasy,and the bathroom was atrocious. Two in my party ordered steaks, one was suppose to be med rare but it was well done and theother was supposed to be medium well but was beef jerky. We didn't complain only because the table next to us was complainingnon stop. To the PR person who responds: I won't be reaching out for you to make it better but y'all need to check on thisrestaurant and make sure they're okay. Read more

First, let me say my Awesome Burger was.... Amazing. Fresh, hot, delicious. I was also amazed by how long it took to fill my... walk-in, take-out order, but not in a good way. The kitchen staff was working hard, so I can't imagine what the problem was,but I waited 30 minutes for my order to be filled. Not good at all. ADDENDA: Got the Awesome Burger again. Had a few brownlettuce shreds on top...NO pickle, NO tomato, and NO onion. I got it to go, so I couldn't go back to the restaurant to find themissing toppings. My burger would have been so much better with these items. What the heck????? Read more

The waiter the we got gave us great service- he keeps refilling our drinks and he is making sure everything is good! The... raspberry tea is banging - it has real Fruit in it. Don?t get the creamy corn soup it?s disgusting. But other than that food wasdelicious! Read more
