Horrible experience. Given nasty soggy lukewarm fries in drive thru. While at the window I asked for fresh fries. Told to pull... forward, the wait was 2 minutes. Waited 15 minutes no fries. I go inside, waited in line for assistance. I see fresh fries beingdumped, boxed, and bagged. The manager is called to assist another customer and afterwards became engaged in conversation withthe individual standing to the side. I couldn't tell if he was a customer or friend because they were talking about camping. Thecashier didn't offer assistance he just stood there listening to the conversation as well. The employee dumping fries peekingfrom around the corner but not saying anything. After a few minutes of that an employee that was cleaning the lobby offeredassistance. I explained the situation and just asked for a refund. She went to inform the manager and the manager ignored heras well. After a few minutes of waiting she just interupted and explained my plight. I thanked the employee. The manager neverapologized but refunded my money. She just handed me the money and kept my receipt. Hmm maybe she saw that I wasn't a happycamper and decided that the receipt would be proof of a visit. I would've gotten the managers name but she wasn't wearing a nametag. She had light brownish hair, glasses, light color eyes, 5ft 6, and appeared of caucasian ethnicity. The employee should bethe manager and the manager needs to be layed off or retrained. My all time favorite fast food restaurant is Wendy's; I just wish they could drop down some of their prices; they don't even... offer a dollar menu anymore &; that's sad in my opinion. Read more

Terrible place, terrible customer service. People was arguing in the back and sounded like they was throwing something. One... person told us we had to wait for the person that make the sandwiches to ring us up but no one ever came to help us. So wedecided not to eat anything from there then I asked can I just pay for a cup of ice and the girl said there was no ice in thewhole store. Will never go to this place again. Throw the whole store away. Read more
