Went through the drive thru. We had a very large order and I must say that Blake was amazing he handled everything with a smile... and was able to count back our change correctly and all of our orders were quick and correct. Read more
Kyla, one of the green shirt managers was audibly rude to her employee, when her employee was just trying to correct our order... that we had already paid for, when they informed us the chalupas were frozen(??) and we asked to switch our chalupa order to acrunchwrap, and Kyla told her employee ?I don?t have time to fix that.? It was 4 of us customers in the restaurant, 1 othercustomer inside, and 1 in the drive-thru. 6 customers total and she didn?t have time to help correct their own mistake. 0 incustomer service.
