Kyla, one of the green shirt managers was audibly rude to her employee, when her employee was just trying to correct our order... that we had already paid for, when they informed us the chalupas were frozen(??) and we asked to switch our chalupa order to acrunchwrap, and Kyla told her employee ?I don?t have time to fix that.? It was 4 of us customers in the restaurant, 1 othercustomer inside, and 1 in the drive-thru. 6 customers total and she didn?t have time to help correct their own mistake. 0 incustomer service. Was late on a Saturday night (9:40) and they ran out of chicken breast... Completely understandable. Staff was polite and... helpful... No pressure to vacant the area If traveling it is a good option since there are lots of hotels nearby Read more
Went inside to eat and it was good! My son and his friend liked their food. Our server was Mitchel and he was amazing!
I wish I could give less than 1 star. We have tried time & time again to go to this specific KFC, in hopes that at some point,... the food and service would improve. Unfortunately it gets worse each time, we won?t be going back to this specific location.Always old fries, hard biscuits and chicken that is either full of grease or is just simply old- even after asking our food bemade fresh. I have only eaten here once but my husband had the chicken tenders in Nashville hot sauce last night and I tried it and had to... go back there so I could have some tonight. It was so so good. Its spicy but not too spicy if you like a little spice. It had agreat flavor, I just had to have some. My daughter also had the regular chicken strips, mashed potatoes and gravy and mac andcheese. She really enjoyed it yet. I have heard mixed reviews about this KFC but wanted to let everyone know our experiences twonights in a row. Passing through here on a road trip and we were really hungry... Decided to stop here and get both taco bell and KFC. Horrible... customer service from the start. The man at the window (7/3 @ 2:45PM) was extremely rude and miserable. I was polite and saidplease and thank you he literally said nothing... I asked for a small cup of water and he got mad slammed the window and handedme the cup and i again said thank you and he said NOTHING. Pulled up and left... Ate my food in the parking lot... Got thechicken pot pie which had hardly anything inside it... Only 1 giant piece of chicken full of bones.... It was gross. Paid $18for my order and it was not worth it... I got cinnamon twists for my 2 year-old and they had no cinnamon/sugar. Also got ashredded chicken quesadilla asked for NO sauce bc its too spicy for him.. Well it had sauce. The employees have 1 job...Customers provide the order, employees produce the correct order. Why do customers have to still pay the full price of themeal... Yet they don't get what they paid for. This is what's wrong with these fast food places... And that's why they willcontinue to make money. The dont fix their mistakes. Read more
