Person taking the order was extremely rude got my entire meal wrong, ended up with a bun soaked in mustard no onions even though... I asked for extra onions no bacon,even though I ordered the bacon double cheeseburger, I said no mustard ketchup or mayo andit's dripping with mustard when I called there the two girls that I spoke to were extremely rude and didn't care the only thingI can say good about this is the head guy is a nice person I spend a lot of money at this restaurant you would think they wouldhave better customer service for a regular or for anybody for that matter it's our hard-earned money we're spending my wholebill came to $32, and I'm not going to run all the way back out in this heat to fix their mistake I'll just find something hereat home to eat,.... And be careful when you order jumbo popcorn chicken because it's probably going to come cold, at least oursdid I was charged for things I didn't even order just a nightmare. Read more
Had to send back the fries because they were cold, didn't get bacon on my burger, and the brownie batter shake tastes like mocha... or coffee or something. My burger was good and cheese sticks were good. Read more
The food was barely warm, my toaster burger was supposed to have an onion ring it did not. A large order of boneless wings was... passed off as a medium. One of the drinks ordered was incorrectly made! It wasn't even close to the order. Typically in thepast is a good place to grab a quick bite. I don't know what has happened but it was terrible. Consistent service, good food, reasonable price, great drive in atmosphere. Always good when you just want quick, good food ????
