Placed my order, I had $1's, few short and 100"s, they wouldn't break a $100 bill, I had to leave I'm not using my debit or... credit card when I have cash in my pocket. This was the second Taco Bell/KFC that we visited on our trip across country. The first one had NO chicken because the cook... didn't show up that day. This location had no original recipe because their fryer had been broken for a while. Neither had aworking urinal in the bathroom. Very disappointing. Read more
I never leave complaints . But this place needs a visit by the owners asap. You never get food made correctly. Always vask for... no lettuce or tomato and not able to eat it due to a medical condition. Again I went there only two guests in whole drive thruand no one inside . Order my food and asked for no lettuce no tomatoes and I be darn if I don't get to work lettuce and tomatoon everything. Can't leave to get it replaced cause I am the only person at work today. So now I have to wait till 9 pm to eatagain cause this kfc Taco Bell in Clinton Oklahoma never had it together.. They say they will replace your food on next visit .You go get to get it replaced they said we don't see your name on the board . When was u here.. well we throw it away after aweek out policy .. Well it's sad not many places to eat in Clinton want your business yh they would want they would want to keeptheir guests there and keep them happy so they can have a paycheck so they would take more time to fix Read more
Waited, waited, & waited some more. We were on our way through town. Needed to get something quick to eat. There was only one... table of customers, who already had their food & a couple of cars in the drive through.. not that busy. We waited & waited. The guy at the counter finally started taking the order of the couple in front of us. But we all continued to wait. At somepoint he disappeared to the back. We waited awhile longer & finally left. We went to the Taco Mayo a block down & were waitedon quickly & got good food quickly. I'm not sure what was going on but if there was a problem, it would have been nice to betold "we'll be right with you" or something.. anything but ignored. Read more
Only giving one star because I have to give one to write a review. Ordered 6 crunchy tacos and 4 orders of cinnamon twists. The... cinnamon twists stunk and tasted like old fryer oil. Not even edible. So I called the store. After getting handed to 3 people Ifinally got a GM on the phone. I could come back to the store for a new batch or I can come back within 2 weeks for a storecredit. I like 45 miles away. Doubt I will be back in 2 weeks. My husband asked for hot sauce and wasn?t given any. Thisrestaurant is the absolute worst! I?ve had this happen twice now. Never again Read more
We had a wonderful experience here!! The person at the register was very helpful and friendly!! She told me how I could enhance... my order and be charged less than the way I ordered it!! When she handed me my receipt she said I could fill out a survey andget ... I was not paying attention!! As we were eating the area supervisor came by our table and I mentioned how great ourservice was!! She asked me to fill out the survey because past reviews and surveys had not been good, and since she took over,she was trying to change the perception !! I filled out the survey and when I was given the code for my "free" something Ineeded a pen to write it down!! Another server came to help me sporting a friendly welcoming smile!! Not only giving me a pen,but gave me a free mini lemon bunt cake!! What a joy to spend our lunch in such a well managed place with superior food for theprice!!! Read more
