Four workers on a Saturday at 3pm and moving at a snails pace. Been waiting for 30+ minutes for two sandwiches. Two workers... aren't even really working, they are just kind of "walking around" to look busy. Won't be back. This is the 3rd time it's beenlike this. Read more
Window staff was not very friendly and almost rude. They pull everyone off to the side before giving them their order, I assume... this is to make the numbers look artificially good. Food was ok, nothing to write home about. Read more
Food was great. The staff was so kind even though we couldn't help arriving so close to closing time. We were the last customer... last night, we had a large order of 50 tenders and wings, and they treated us as kindly as if we were the first customer of theday. Read more
Extremely slow. The workers were more worried about eating than helping the customers. Several groups left due to the long wait.... A worker was eating mozzarella sticks from the fryer while she was slowly putting orders into bags. We ordered milkshakes, andafter waiting 15-20 minutes with no sign of us getting them, they could not figure out how to refund my money. Read more
If you are into one of those drive through restaurants that always makes you pull into a parking spot to wait for your food,... this my friend is the place for you. Even if no one is in line you will wait, it's just the way they play the game here. Myguess is they are gaming their service counters to make it look like they are serving customers within a timely manner. I assureyou, they are not. If you like Arby's, it's probably worth the wait. Just got home from the drive thru and I ordered 3 piece chicken tenders for $4.19 and this what they gave me. This isnt even... enough for a kids meal. Overpriced with nasty fries and watery soda. Check your food before you pull off. Read more

A dear high school friend & I met here on Monday, Oct 17th, for lunch. Food was great, staff was courteous & friendly & place... was clean. We spent 3 & 1/2 hours there catching up after 50+ years. Oldies music was even playing! Felt like we?d stepped backin time. Only thing missing was a jukebox on the table. ???? Thank you for making our reunion even more special! Read more
