I paid extra for a large fry?Guess what I didn?t get? A large fry. Had to wait 15 min on a boberry biscuit
Food is ok. My issue is the quoted prices at the drive thru. I've been told one price after ordering, but told a higher price at... the window. This has happened several times and again this morning with my husband. I don't know if they aren't adding taxes atfirst or what, but management need to correct this issue. Then they wanna claim they didn't say that when we complain. Yet, wehave the exact amount quoted (on the screen as well) out. This is the ONLY resturaunt that I've had this issue with. So makesure you're charged correctly...take a pic before driving up to the window. Read more

The food is good but the service is slow. The employees are nice but the waiting is so long. Maybe they need quicker equipment,... or employees. Maybe there's to many customers, idk. Just don't go unless you like to wait or if there's not many people. Read more
I went inside since I was ordering the family meal. I sat inside for 45 minutes from 4:45pm-5:30pm. Basically waiting on 8... supremes. This was not a short staffing issue as it has more employees than I've ever seen in a Bojangles or any other fastfood. Literally no one going through drive through except one every five minutes. The problem was that everyone was literallystaring at their phone. Literally packing boxes while holding phone in one hand. Cooking with phone in hand. Grabbing food barehanded. Chicken takes about 5 minutes at max to cook if memory serves so why in the world it took 45 minutes to serve a singleperson. Management needs to step it up. Read more
We were traveling from Florida to Tennessee and stopped here along the way. Originally from Ohio though. And I will tell you I... have never seen such AMAZING hospitality. My husband and I were blown away with such great service. They knew their regulars andhelped a 94 year old woman sit, order her meal, and brought it out to her. Everyone in this restaurant were beyond pleasant andwelcoming. Keep up the great work. PS Bo?s original chicken sandwich is a must order. Read more
This was a very clean store. Customer service was excellent. The food was par. Chicken tenders were good, but a touch on the dry... side. Fries were a little subpar for my likes. Most of them overcooked. The biscuit was dry, bland and not flaky. Kind ofwishing I would?ve went on and ate somewhere else. But the customer service was so good, I?d consider eating here again when I?mlooking for something different. Read more
Jamie was our cashier this morning, I hope she is or will be soon a shift leader. Such a delight to have met. Very sweet young... lady. Now a days it's hard to find a place with such pleasant employees, however this store is full of smiling faces and verygood manners. I most definitely will be back when I am in the area and make sure to spread the word. Food was delicious, cleanrestaurant, which is also hard to find now a days.
