If I could give 0 stars I would. Horrible experience. Underage kids vaping in the restaurant. You cannot vape or Smoke in Any... McDonald's locations. Girls slap fighting rite behind my husband who just had major surgery 2 weeks prior and had staples in hisstomach. Soiled dirty towels all over the restaurant. Manager and employees very rude and unprofessional. Soda Stationabsolutely disgusting. Store Manager (Natasha) was rude. The employee who answered the phone was unprofessional. I get that kidswork there but, they need to not be answering the business phone. An over abundance of flies all over restaurant. Employeesworking with long hair that is not tied back or secure and No Gloves. God only knows what back of the restaurant looks like.Bathrooms were disgusting too. Will not be back. If you want a better experience just go to Oak Ridge McDonald's. This ClintonMcDonald's needs a entire revamp of employees working Evening Shift and Better Managers who stand by McDonald's CompanyStandards. Read more

I would give it a higher star rating but things are consistently awful. From the lack of enthusiasm in their employees (there... have been times where your just stared at like you're not there and nobody takes your order for a while), they never make ourfood correctly no matter how many times I repeat it back to make sure it's right.... tables are never clean, there's alwaysflies all around the dining area, and trash cans are always full. Come on McDonald's... Get it together. Oh, and your drive thruemployees need to learn how to count, they give wrong change back. Read more
For fast food it's not bad. Stopped her for a quick bite to eat for me and my toddler. We love the hashbrowns. I went through... the drive through. The line moved quickly and food was fresh and hot. I didn't bother using the app this time. However if youdo use the McDonald's app you can get codes for coupons to tell them at the speaker. Or at least you can when the apps actuallyworking. Half the time I can't get it to open. Read more
They are a very busy spot during peak times such as breakfast and lunch. But they are pretty fast with both of the ordering... lanes and you aren't there very long in the drive- thru. Dining in, with all of the technology today and the in-house touchscreen ordering menus, it's so easy to order and pay and get your order in no time at all. Read more
Came through McDonald?s in order to 3 and a Coke and a frappe when I got my food the box had red sticky stuff all over the top... and it was also all over the ketchup packets and on the french fries they remade the order and gave me an Apple Pie. But then Ihad to go back inside and get ketchup when I asked for that when I ordered I would?ve been better off to go inside that was thewhole point of going through a drive-through so I don?t have to get out of the truck Read more
Worst McDonald's in the area. Very slow and rude service. The store is always messy and nasty, and has always had terrible and... incompetent management. This location needs a complete do-over. Read more
