Great food, nice customer service and the place looked clean
One star. The last 3 times I?ve gone they always forget part of my order. First it was both our au jú and one of our French... dips. Then it was our fries from our meals. Each time I go back hoping it will be better but disappointed every time. Arbys isnot what it used to be sadly. Read more
Store employees act as if there heads were up something... When ordering inside takes longer than 7 cars in drive thru n ppl... are being told approx 30 min wait inside n ppl from the drive thru are inside waiting as well but yet the clerk has time to goget themselves a soda from the ????? Ng room someone's head really needs to roll... Will never go to Arby's again anywhereever. Read more
The food was ok, but it was just before dinner time. They didn't have very many pizzas to choose from. The pasta sauces were... little on the thick side. Read more
Came in with three coupons, guy at the counter didn?t even bother looking at them at first, but when I tried to read them off,... he told me to be quiet and to only go one at a time, I?m not going to this store again after this I went back about a monthlater, and the customer service was so much better then last time Read more
Came to this location and sadly got some gross fries and mistake on sandwiches but what they did was 10 TIMES BETTER. They made... it again for us with some on the house. Thanks Rob, we appreciate how you corrected a simple mistake. Read more
I eat here often. Normally love the food. I like the beef and cheddar without the red sauce. I ordered two of them last night... and both of them had the sauce scraped off. They still had the sauce flavor soaked into the bun. Not a huge deal, butirritating. Read more
