This isn?t the first time they messed up my order. But it?s absolutely ridiculous how many times I have to repeat myself what I... order and they STILL get it wrong everytime. This location is clean a friendly, but every time I go in they are waiting for orange chicken. This time I ordered on line so... that by 15 minutes my order would be ready and they would have orange chicken. Go to the drive thru and told I have to come. My order is sitting on the counter when I walk in but waiting for orange chicken along with 7 other plates. Told 10-15minutes. Can?t this place keep up. They know that is a popular item. Every time I come here there is a problem. "Yes, we're supposed to be open but we're having a store meeting. So we aren't really... open till an hour after we open." "Sorry, no white rice. It will be 20 min." "We don't have that in a fountain drink, only abottle... but we're out of it, so actually, we don't have it at all." And the quality of the increased chicken is bad. JUST NOT GOOD... I am a huge fan of Panda Express, family makes fun of me because I say it is my favorite restaurant. I have... lived in Clinton/West Point majority of my life. Tried this Panda Express hundreds of times and gave it the benefit of thedoubt... They just do not know how to cook RICE!!!! It is always raw... Every other panda is great! Came into this location a few times in the last few months and every time the customer service was horrible they rushed me and... my children through the line then when asked for Our other items we got eyes rolled at us. But today we went to the drive thruand ordered 6 meals our vegetables were still hard and our chow mien was hard dry and cabbage was hard like a potato I calledand spoke with the ACTING MANAGER Ty. And she told me all She could or would do was replace the chow Mien. Then when I told herabout the employees attitude she said she didn?t appreciate my attitude um hello I don?t know In what world anyone would behappy or satisfied with the service or food we received. Oh and I didn?t mention we also waited for ?FRESH FOOD?. Then Tycontinued to argue with me as a person who works customer service and with people this was very disappointing and sad. I simply ordered a plate with half chow mien and double beef broccoli. I was told the wait for the chow mein would be about five... minutes, I said that?s fine I can wait. I get home and this is what I have. My fried rice is so badly burned it literally has acrisp. And no chow mein. Update: we went back with our plates and talked to the manager and he made our plate brand new andreplaced our entire order! Was back to delicious. Read more
What is wrong with this location? Well they constantly forget items in your order. Paid for spring rolls today got home 15... minutes later and they forgot them. This is consistent.
