I've been here twice. The first time I think I spent at least 20 min. in the drive thru for a simple rotisserie chicken basket.... The second time I arrived a full hour before posted closing and was told they were only doing ice cream orders. Really? Ifyou're not serving hot food, then you are NOT open for business. Not only do they have disrespectful teenagers working at this establishment, this establishment doesn?t take harassment against... their female workers seriously. They continue to let 2 males that had harassed a female worker work here. When these accusationswere brought to Management NOTHING was done about it. Very poor customer service on the drive through. Their chip reader wasn't working properly. So I had money on apple pay but not... enough for my full order so I took the shake off. Apple pay wasn't working so I tried my card and it worked finally. But then Itried to buy the shake afterwards and the lady working drive through slammed the door in my face. Went inside and asked why shedid that and she wouldn't look me at me and started saying bad things about me to the car that was behind me in line. I thoughtat that point I should just get the shake for free, she told me she threw it away. I asked if they could make a new one and thelady just went back to the drive through door and took the old shake out of who knows where and gave it to me. I asked if shejust took it out the trash and she said no it was in the freezer and I just looked at her like so you lied about throwing itaway? To try and sum this up the staff did nothing to make this right and I feel very unsatisfied and won't be going to thislocation ever again Read more
Food is Good and service was fine, BUT? Weird? *hope you do not mind being filmed, the entire time you are in this... establishment. This place has more cameras in the dining area and front employee section then my bank does!!! No exaggeration-at-least 10 cameras in plane sight?. Added a photo of just one corner of the dinning area?. ???????????????? While Iunderstand the expectation of privacy in public is none?. This just seems so over the top- like, what has happened here that hasdriven sooo many cameras- is the food good?? Are people messing with food? Is this place not safe? Tried to go here for ice cream on a Saturday evening and was told that the store had closed for the night at 8:30pm. I was there... at 8:34pm. WHO CLOSES A RESTAURANT ON A SATURDAY NIGHT AT 8:30??? Thick, frosty blizzards served in a minute or two - no complaints here! While the classic Oreo is always good, the limited... frosted circus animals flavor was amazing, and also the snickerdoodle cookie dough. The Reese's peanut butter was also prettygreat. Satisfying every time ???? Read more
I would give it no stars if it was possible! So long story short, drive-thru order was incorrect and service was horrible.... Please keep an eye on your evening crew. They are careless and don't appreciate there own jobs. The food service would have beenbetter driving through an alleyway, cooked by a junkie. Read more
