Arrived at 8 and they hadn?t even started making the order blaming the app. Got it home and... potatoes were dry( ordered with extra butter), chicken sandwich was rubbery and inedible. This has happened on more then one occasion that the cashiers at chicken shack don?t change there gloves when handling money &... handling food. That?s A shame when you have to ask for them to change them. When I ask him he walked to the back I believe hecame back with the same gloves he had on because it was a full box seating right in his face so why walk off.
