Ordered on app to pick up at 8 pm. Arrived at 8 and they hadn?t even started making the order blaming the app. Got it home and... potatoes were dry( ordered with extra butter), chicken sandwich was rubbery and inedible. Food is great, but I ordered online and it said the order would be ready gor pickup at 5:45. I got there at 5:50 and they hadn't... even started it. Finished an order for a guy who came in after me for a later pickup well before mine. Very frustrating. Read more
This has happened on more then one occasion that the cashiers at chicken shack don?t change there gloves when handling money &... handling food. That?s A shame when you have to ask for them to change them. When I ask him he walked to the back I believe hecame back with the same gloves he had on because it was a full box seating right in his face so why walk off. They duped me. I ordered regular 2 piece that comes with a roll and a side for $6.75, but I got charged $10.32. When I asked the... cashier, he said he charged me for the lunch special which comes with a 16oz drink, but I specifically said no drink. The 2young men were lost and confused, and I tried to be understanding as they seemed new, but none of them could give me areasonable explanation as to why I'm being charged that much except they kept repeating the whole lunch special bs. We've ordered from this location for years and usually have great quantity and quality. A little disappointed in yesterday's... order. The chicken was super dry, almost looked frozen and then fried. The potatoes were also dry, with almost no butter onthem. Roughly $30 spent and we definitely didn't get our money's worth. We live about 6 minutes from the location, so theyweren't sitting around for long before opening the box and wanting to enjoy dinner. I'm not sure how they didn't notice thisbefore boxing it up, but I'll have to think twice about ordering from this location again. Read more
Love love love me some Chicken Shack! The broasted potatoes are a treat by themselves. And I always have a bottle of their sauce... in the fridge at home. The chicken, shrimp and ribs are always amazing, and now with pulled pork on the menu, it's a realchallenge to decide what I want to order when I'm there. This particular location is somewhat newer, and is always clean antidy. The service is typically friendly and cheerful. Read more
Clean, neat and orderly. The food didn't take long. It was fresh, the food was only a 4 because it could've used a little... salt. This is the friendliest staff experience I've had going to various locations in Macomb County. We will definitely goback. Read more
