The food was hot, coffee was fresh and the restaurant was very clean. They were fast to get our breakfast to us and make us feel... happy with our experience. Will return to this location in the future! Read more
This is the worst McDonalds I have ever been to. The night manager is so beyond unprofessional and does not know how to manage... her attitude let alone an individual. She got upset with a customer because her own employees forgot to complete their order.And don?t EVER ask anyone what their name is to speak to a higher up manager? I guess asking someone their name is highlyfrowned upon? avoid this dump as all cost? Read more
Would give a -1 if possible. Went there before 10 pm. ordered two coffee's the kid said "we're out of coffee". REALLY?????.... NEVER EVER in my entire 71 years have I EVER heard of a restaurant run out of coffee..Did I say EVER? Just to lazy to make it.Wish I could earn $14/$15. And hour and do absolutely nothing. Read more
I would not recommend this location. The child that wants to call himself a manager is rude with little knowledge of how to... treat customers. He refused to honor the current online deal because he had not heard of it even though I showed it to him on myscreen. He rudely stated that if I didn't like it to go somewhere else and stop blocking the drive thru even though there was noone else in line. I will be contacting the corporate offices to file a complaint. Read more
Wonderful girls. Very pleasant kind respectful. Early day 10 am bathroom was clean lobby was clean everyone smiling I was in the... drive thru but I needed something else came Inside wasn't disappointed. I want to say yay to the young ladies at 15mile andGrosebeck. Read more
This is my least favorite location. Mostly full of teenagers with bad attitudes, no smiles, no hello...just bad. They always... mess up the orders, so be sure to check before you leave and now they're handing out raw food. The worst. If it wasn't theclosest to my house, I would never go here. Read more
