We just moved in the area and decided to give Sajos a try. I’m so happy we did, it was delicious. What a great menu and... atmosphere! I had gotten the Tuscan chicken it was AMAZING!! Really great Meatball appetizer, salad was as fresh as possible, dressing was very tasty, the sautéed perch was some of the... best perch I have ever had and they gave me 3 very large filets, rice and fresh green beans, terrific meal! My husband and I went to a concert recently and needed a quick bite before. Tonight I experienced Sajo's Restaurant for the first time. I am happy to say that I truly enjoyed everything. I absolutely will... come back and highly recommend checking out the menu. They do banquet catering, but they also have a wonderful selection fordinner. The wine selection is superb. The ambience allowed me to feel connected with the experience I believe they were tryingto convey. Although they are short staffed. Everything came out hot, prepared well, with their very own twist on the menuitems. With well timing as well. I have walked the back of the house previously. As I have considered working in their kitchenbefore. So I can guarantee you that the kitchen is up to standard, and is kept clean and organized to my very picky standards.Which is why I chose them today. We went for Drinks and Dessert but I had to try more! The menu truly speaks for itself, butwith options like they have it’s hard not to try them! Tonight’s experience included: Apple Cinnamon Hot Tea. Which youchoose your tea from a black box that is brought to your table for the experience to be even more inclusive. A great option thatmade me feel like I was in a warm cabin. It made me feel comfy, while taking our time talking and enjoying our night. So our server presented us with a bread basket while I decided and the bread sticks and fresh bread were such an addedtreat! The oil and herbs were perfect with the bread and the bread sticks.
