Awful place took to long to make my order. Then when it came out I was missing items. Took even more time to grab attention of... staff I ened up asking for a refund because I wasn't waiting for them. Do not got here go to the one on Garfield. The workers were rude. Refuse to take my order unless it was by keyas. Was out of everything including sauce. Then I get home to... eat my food and I find a hair in my food. Made me loose my appetite. The sad thing is this is the 3 thing I found in my foodfrom 3 different locations. It's b 7 years since I last ate taco bell due to finding gross stuff in my food. Honestly the most horrible experience ive ever had here! A couple years ago, this place was amazing! Tonight really changed my... mind about that. The lady who took my order was very nice but when I ordered a chicken quesarito, a man came over the speakerand with an attitude said ?were out of chicken and you can only get a quesarito if you order online? well if you were out ofchicken what would be the point of ordering online?? I then tried to order the 12 pack of cinnabon delights and I was told they?didnt have enough for a 12 pack? so i asked how many do they have left? After i asked that, they suddenly had none left?.Really horrible experience, food tastes okay but made horribly. The cinnabon delights i understand but being out of the chickenjust before the weekend just doesnt make sense to me. Seems like youll lose alot of customer just for that and the attitudes.Also, the amount of sauces they gave me for 5 tacos is ridiculous and will be going to waste with the rest I dont use. I come here on the same day of the week and the same manager is always there?. She is the slowest manager on the planet when she... is making our food. The drive three takes 20-30 minutes and if you go inside then she won?t make your food. Ppl went home aftera while and delivery drivers all left.
